Yuletide is coming! (Default deadline is early on 11 December; posting deadline is early on 18 December.) With the help of everyone's writing efforts, we expect to reveal main collection works for everyone to read on 25 December. Madness works are revealed a day later.

In Yuletide, it's important to leave a comment on your gift (or gifts) to thank your author.

If you think you'll be delayed in commenting until late in the anonymous period (ending 1 January) or maybe not even until the new year, you can use this post to let your author(s) know about that delay ahead of time. This is not required, but your author may appreciate the courtesy. You don't need to give a reason, but an approximate time indication may be helpful. Please include your AO3 name.

However, it's also a busy time of year for many people - and especially this year. If you want to let your author know that you won't be around until late in the anon period, or after the New Year, you can comment here to let your author know when you expect to be able to read your gift.
