UPDATED SENDING DEADLINE: Tuesday, November 21, 2017
Extensions/Defaulting: We STRONGLY URGE people to get their packages out as early as possible this year, because we're running a little late, and for all the usual reasons -- holiday post is slow, vacations start encroaching, etc. -- but, should you need a small extension, do email us as soon as you realize it is a possibility. We typically grant small extensions, especially to otherwise reliable swappers, without feeling like a pinch-hitter needs to be called in.
And, of course, if you need to default FOR ANY REASON, please, please email us. Communication is everything. Life happens. Just let us know.
