It took three seconds of me looking at this comic to fall in love with the bull pursuing his porcelain dreams and I also love the shopkeeper and how on the one hand he's someone to aggressively call a bluff but also someone to, like, intensely bond with someone. And I just want more of their friendship/found family. What kinds of things do they do together? What do they talk about? What's the weirdest storekeeping experience they've bonded over? Also this is clearly a world only semi-adjacent to ours given the whole Bull as a shopkeeper thing so I'm curious what the rest of the world is like, how customers react to the bull, etc.

Listen I love the stupid rat creatures so much. So much. I would happily read a story where the rat creatures get to be the heroes of their own adventure instead of just the bumbling villain minions of someone else's. I also want them to have all the quiche they want. I appreciate them falling asleep when read Moby Dick and would happily hear about their tolerance for other literary canons. I have no clue what the person who nominated this was thinking but man, do I really want to know. If you, too, have some idea of what on earth kind of fic someone could make from this article, please, feel free to send it my way. The article is bonkers in the best kind of way. Do what you want with it. OR, if you want a prompt, the fact that I read this article back when the Robert Pattinson Batman movie (which I have not watched) was announced made me immediately imagine Robert Pattinson as a superhero doing this whole bonkers bit as part of keeping his secret identity secret. Feel free to go with that.

Magids Series - Diana Wynne Jones Maree Mallory, Rupert Venables

I love their prickly relationship and how they both have unlikable bits and yet really care for each other. I also just love them being cranky, in general. I loved how the book had them having this whole epic adventure at a con, and would love some similar weird juxtaposition of them doing important stressful Magid business in a ludicrous yet mundane location. (Ren Faire feels a little too similar... An amusement park? A town hall meeting? A school trip at a local museum/aquarium? But if instead of adventure you just want to write them being cozy at home that works too.

(note: I have read the second book so you don't need to worry about spoilers, but I read it a really long time ago and only vaguely remember it, hence my prompts being first-book-centric)

Anything that fills in the missing years between Picard and the end of VOY, I will gobble up with gratitude, but I'm prompting for Seven fic mainly because I think it's absolutely criminal (ha! pun!) that Bjayzl wasn't a nominated character, and you know where I'm going with this: The script presented them as exes, and now I want to know how that disaster went down.

This year's Yuletide requests focus on Tim, which is great - I love Tim! But my heart is also craving gen fic that celebrates Cassie, in all her neurotic, Type A glory. I'm a Wolfman-Perez-era New Teen Titans fan, so I'd love to see Cassie and Donna interact as 'sisters'.

Happiest Season (2020)
Abby Holland, Riley Johnson, Sloane Caldwell

I really wanted to include this one but decided to sub it out for something else at the last minute, so I actually have a fully formed letter for it. I live for all three of these characters so I would love anything exploring their relationships to each other (probably only as pairs though because the tension between the three of them would be so complicated to navigate... unless you think you can pull it off!).

Pairings: Abby/Riley, Riley/Sloane, Abby/Sloane, Abby & Riley, Abby & Sloane. I don't see Sloane and Riley having a non-sexual friendship.

Prompts:
- Riley and Abby become good friends and Riley helps Abby make an online dating profile to help her get back in the dating game after she breaks up with Harper. This could be romantic or platonic. If platonic, would love to see John and/or Sloane added to the mix since they would all have wildly different advice for Abby.
= I love the dynamic of Abby and Riley in the shopping scene in the movie, so I would love to see them just, like, grocery shopping/thrift shopping/furniture shopping/etc. together. Either with an established relationship (maybe they're moving in together) or as part of a getting together narrative (maybe Abby moves to the same city as Riley/vice versa).
- Abby and Sloane have a fucked-up sexually tense encounter because Harper is being awful, or just because they run into each other. This messes with Abby's relationship with Harper.
- Abby and Sloane having a relationship outside of Abby's relationship with Harper - I particularly like the idea that Abby loves Sloane's kids and babysits them lots.
- Abby goes back to the Oxwood after seeing Harper with Connor at Fratty's. Riley is still there and they hook up or just have a deep heart-to-heart.
- Have you seen The To Do List? Aubrey Plaza is hot and truly awkward in a bikini, and that one time KStew wore a captain hat while making out with Stella Maxwell on a yacht so that inspired me to suggest an AU w/ Riley and Abby where they are lifeguards for the summer after high school.

The Echo Wife - Sarah Gailey

Gah, this book. I love how complex and problematic Evelyn is as a character. She waffles so much on being able to see Martine as a genuine person, and over respecting her autonomy on any level. And of course, all these things have such complex roots/underpinnings: her own childhood history of abuse and proximity to murder, her role in inventing the cloning technology and various related politics, and of course, the violation of her husband's actions in creating Martine to begin with. And I also have a serious weakness for characters of various types (clones, AIs) who may not strictly be "human," but are cyphers for an exploration of humanity via the ways in which they discover and develop their own personhood.

Okay, this is getting much longer than I'd intended. For this canon/set of characters, I'm most interested in post-canon fic that goes in one of two directions: 1) the ways in which living together and co-parenting a child leads to change and growth for both women, perhaps to the point where a greater degree of mutual respect, balance, and even affection and co-identification are possible (an enormous challenge for both!), or 2) a story that explores what happens if they can't develop that way, where Evelyn perpetuates the cycle of abuse and oppression/ownership, and perhaps Martine is able to self-actualize more fully and find a way to free herself and her daughter/find a new life (and legal existence?) independent of manipulative scientists.

I'll keep the rest shorter, I swear.

The Golem and the Jinni Series - Helene Wecker
Chava, Dima, Kreindel Altschul, Sophia Winston
After completing The Hidden Palace, there were two things that I immediately wanted to read more about: Chava and Kreindel's co-habitation and the development of their uneasy acquaintance, and how things transpire between Sophia and Dima and their accidental connection ... how they cope or struggle or come to an arrangement/some kind of balance. For the latter combination, I'm distinctly interested in a shippy direction, though I'd enjoy gen as well.

The Left-Handed Booksellers of London - Garth Nix
Merlin St. Jacques, Susan Arkshaw, Vivien St. Jacques
This book was just such a fun ride, and I'd love more about these three characters and their relationships with each other. Here's my request from last year.

Newsflesh Series - Mira Grant
Georgia Mason
I would very much love something set pre-series, with a focus on the OG Georgia Mason. I enjoy the entire series, but something I appreciate about it is that the clone Georgia isn't exactly a no-penalty resurrection of my favorite character; she really is a different person, in ways that make all the sense. And I can't get enough of the first George, with her drive for truth-telling and her sharpness and dry, sometimes caustic wit. I'd especially love something from her early-to-pre-Ryman career, getting her team together, conducting an investigation, etc. Other characters from the series welcome, especially the newsies and Buffy.

Slightly awkward addendum - I have a serious incest squick (and DNW), one which generally does apply to adopted siblings who were raised together, not just those who are actual genetic relatives. The canon Georgia/Shaun ship is, consequentially, my least favorite thing about this series. (No judgement on anyone who has different tastes!) And as far as I'm concerned, in the first book, there's really no indication that they're in a romantic/sexual relationship; they read as close siblings to me (a dynamic I especially love and enjoy). So, basically: my incest DNW applies here. No need to go out of the way, but if you write Newsflesh for me, please don't give any indication that Georgia and Shaun are anything but close siblings?

October Daye Series - Seanan McGuire
Arden Windermere, Bridget Ames, Cassandra Brown, Chelsea Ames, Walther Davies
I have a thirst for more about any/all of these secondary characters! I'd love a story about Arden navigating queenship, not to mention living fully in the Faerie world again (and what that transition is like), with Cassandra's help/shared learning curve. Possibly also including Walther, his relationship with Cassandra, his alchemical exploits ... anything about him, really. He deserves more exploration! And I'm also very curious about Bridget & Chelsea's respective experiences learning to live in Faerie society and how they balance that with the parts of their lives that are still embedded in the Human world. The rest of the cast is welcome too; I love just about everyone in these books.

Sorcerer Royal Series - Zen Cho
Paget Damerell, Robert "Rollo" Threlfall
So I'm a huge P.G. Wodehouse fan, and Rollo is such a pastiche of the typical Wodehouse airheaded-but-amiable young man of leisure. I'd really love to read more about the ridiculous scrapes and social faux pas he gets himself into, which long-suffering but fond Paget has to get him out of - mundane in a Wodehousian way, except not, because DRAGON. (Aunt Georgiana is, naturally, heavily encouraged.)

Victor/Victoria (1982)
Victoria Grant
One of my favorite films since late childhood, and also eternally frustrating because of the ending. I'd love something Victoria-centric about her exploration of her own gender and experiences around that, either during the film, or after. (Maybe she's not as content to just fall back into a 100% normative feminine/heterosexual identity/presentation after all, once the dust settles from the prospective fraud charges etc?) Engagement with some of the actual queer/trans community of the era would be welcome. Playing with a) the alternate/original version of the story in which King Marchand doesn't spy on her in the bath, and therefore doesn't know her "secret" before they get together, and/or b) Norma's attraction to "Victor" and interest in his abruptly disrobing in front of her would both be welcome.

Additional Details:

With or without Irina, I just love him. There's something about miserable, pathetic little men who think they're the greatest that I just can't get enough of. I loved Mirnatius from his like, second scene, and I only loved him more as the book went on.
I do like his relationship with Irina (as in canon, but if you'd like to explore post-canon, I'd be interested in your read on him after he's free for the first time in his life. I disagree that it would change his entire personality drastically, but like... I do want to see more of him).
Happy with anything about him at any point. Pre-canon, missing scenes, post-canon - even an AU, if you can swing it! It's Madness, so go wild!

Kit was always one of my favorite American Girls growing up. I'd like something at least mostly historically accurate, but like basically everyone requesting Kit this year, I'd like to see where she is when she's grown up - in the 40s or 50s or even 60s!
DNW: setting change - by which I mean please keep the canon setting canon. If you'd like to move her to a different location as an adult or write about her later, that is perfectly fine! I just don't want, like, Kit in the 1800s or present day, or in any canon fusions.

I was always a Felicity girl at heart, and she remains one of my favorites to this day. I love her! Not just because I was a horse girl, or because I was obsessed with the 18th century as a kid. I love her personality, her friendships, and her relationships with her family!
I know she canonically belongs to a wealthy, slaveholding family - I'm not, personally, overly bothered by whatever you want to do with that. I'd prefer nothing overly dark or focused on slavery, but it was a really cruel and awful reality that Felicity canonically was a part of. (If you'd like to move her to Philly and make her a Quaker - and therefore likely abolitionist - instead in an AU, I mean, I'd like to see that tbh)

PETE CAMPBELL! Love him!! Absolute dumpster fire of a human being!! He is my absolute favorite in this show, and I just kind of love watching him ruin his whole life. As a certain user on tumblr said, Pete is playing to the top of his intelligence (which is to say: he’s not very smart but he’s trying) and it’s honestly one of my favorite parts of this show.

I would be thrilled to see some worldbuilding fic for this novel; it leaves me with so many questions. Newland feels so beholden to his society's expectations; why? What is there for him to make it seem so worthwhile? Even before Ellen's scandal, she was already seen as something of an oddball, so what made her so out of place?
I'm a sucker for New York City history and also classical music and art history, so if you wanted to enrich the world further with elements of those things, that would also be delightful.

"The Bloody Chamber" - Angela Carter (Short Story)
I've been consuming Bluebeard stories for my dissertation and this one in particular fascinated me. I'd love to hear more about the piano tuner, either pre- or post-canon. In either case, I guess the thing I'm most left wondering is just... if possession of sight is a tool of masculinity and patriarchy, what does his blindness actually mean for how he fits into society and into his relationship with the narrator? Did he "see through" the Marquis' mask more than the other villagers and employees? Is he insecure about his masculinity more longterm? There's so much there.

Kevin Can Fuck Himself (TV 2021)
For the most part I'm trying to avoid fandoms that already have requests, but I don't see any requests for the specific character combo that interests me, so--I would love seeing some fic that explores the possibility of Allison realizing that she's falling for Patty while still entangled in her relationship with Sam. Is she excited about it? Scared? Is it part of what prompts her to break things off with Sam, or does she try to ignore the feelings by throwing herself into the affair more emphatically? Does she have feelings for both of them at once or does she start to realize that she's maybe dealing with comphet?

Sucker Punch (2011)
In the brothel 'verse, I'd love to know more about the dynamic among the girls (and Blue, if you're comfy with including him) before Baby Doll shows up. Did they find little ways to rebel? How did they pass their time? Would also def be into seeing Madam Gorski protecting any or all of them, from Blue or anyone else.

Apothecia - Nominated characters were Jesse and Spore Alien. I read this comic just because it looked interesting from the nominations list. It was really engaging. The ending was quite abrupt though... I'd love to see alternate endings and their follow up, or how things proceed after the end. Or back story on other places the spore alien has been?

Love Advice from the Great Duke of Hell - Nominated characters were Astaroth and Paul. I read this after seeing a link to it and I love how it reinvents itself, but that makes it really tough to fic. I'd prompt something missing-scene-ish and it's fine if it later is proven impossible - or go full canon divergence and explain some of the first season a different way than the second season did. Open to any ship(s) for this canon.

On a Sunbeam - nominated characters were Alma, Charlotte, Mia, Worldbuilding - I've written this before and love it. Anything worldbuilding-ish here would be great or anything about any of the three nominated characters, their lives outside the canon or alongside it. Maybe just a glimpse of their work on some strange building in space? Or a quiet moment of interpersonal stuff. Or something about how a world with buildings floating in space came to exist in the first place. Or the big gender question of that setting would be interesting to explore, too. Open to any ship(s).

Black Mirror: Bandersnatch - Any of Colin, Kitty, Peter, Stefan - I'm really more interested in exploration of the various paths and any of these four characters could work to do that. Really fascinated with the way the game went so wrong and caused so many terrible (potential) consequences. Open to smut or dark fic for this, as dark as canon or even a bit further if you like.

Clouds of Sils Maria - Maria, Valentine - I watched this movie I think last year or the year before for a possible other exchange or previous Yuletide. It's so mysterious with what happens and the characters nominated are so interesting and yet underdeveloped - there's a lot of gaps. Fill (some of) them in? Very open to shipping and/or smut for this one.

Sorry to Bother You - Cassius Green, Detroit - This was such a funny and horrifying and insightful movie. I'd love a story about either Cassius or Detroit or both. Canon divergence would be great, or pre-canon perhaps? Or off to one side of it, so to speak. Shipping is fine! Go as dark as the canon, or stay light, but ideally not darker...

V for Vendetta - Nominated characters were Eric, Evey, Ruth, V - I'd prefer a story about just one of these four, rather than cramming them in, though it'd be fine to have two of them interacting. I think the movie was super engaging and love the style of it, and the themes resonate for me. Open to shipping and/or smut for this canon as well as gen. Prefer more serious takes on this canon.

Galavant - nominated characters were Galavant, Isabella, Madalena, Sidney - I'm very fond of this silly show with occasional serious issues - I'd love anything funny and also love a serious look at things the show glances over. Any or all of the characters are very welcome, including any ships you like between them or between one of them and an un-nominated character.

Watchmen (TV) - nominated were Angela, Calvin, Laurie - I'd be very interested in a fic focusing on Angela or on Laurie. Calvin is welcome to feature in the story, too. This TV series was wonderful, and I might have liked it even more than I liked the comic. Shipping and/or smut are welcome in this canon, any and all ships.

Love Nikki - nominated were Momo and Nikki - I'd love any story about Momo and Nikki really. The game is so unexpectedly intricate for a paper doll type thing and I'm fascinated by their entire journey. I'm fine if you ship Nikki with any of the humans or human-passing characters, but would rather Momo's interaction with anyone be gen.

The Game (by Diana Wynne Jones)- nominated character was Hayley. This book was one I didn't even notice right away, but it was so clever and engaging. I'd love to read a story about it. Maybe Hayley grows up and makes adventures for her own younger relatives? Or something showing her growing closer to her family (in general or any specific member). Gen only please for this request.

Sagas of Sundry Dread request specifically Darby/Raina - I really wanted to request these two but I had to sadly remove that request because there were so few slots. So if you want to write a ship fic for them, and don't see anyone to give it to, please please give it to me. I loved the canon dynamic between them and each of their individual strengths and how those interwove.

A Charm of Magpies request specifically Jenny Saint (optionally also other female characters from the series) - I'm very interested in the female characters in this series who don't really get a lot of fanfic. Considering the series is m/m romance, this makes sense. Still, Jenny got nominated, I'd love a story about her! Her canon ship is fine, a divergence with a different ship for her, or gen is also fine.

Commonweal series request any (love the series, didn't have room for request) - of the nominated characters, I'd like Dove most. Just anything for this entire series would work for me, though. I loved all the characters in book 2 (Edgar included, as well as the whole class of student mages, and their teachers) and the ones from book 1 too. Prefer gen for this request. Feel free to write about original characters in the setting if you like, also.

City of Heroes request any (love the game, didn't have room for the request) - Possible worldbuilding things I'd love to read about include the Rikti, the Circle of Thorns, the Crey corporation, the various heroes, the Praetorians... any of the task forces! Hamidon. The Tuatha. Anything really with a sci fi or fantasy slant to it, or a modern day politics one.

Cyteen - Catlin and/or Florian - These two are very interesting and some kind of character study about either of them, any version or incarnation. Or an outsider view of one or both?

Derkholm series - Querida - Stuff about her teaching career maybe? Or her research, or when she was a student herself.

Dragaera - Aliera or Zerika or both - Aliera I just love her, maybe something about her and her father from the Musketeers-esque books? As for Zerika, what was it like from her point of view in the late Interregnum time period? Or anything else about these two. A little mini-adventure perhaps? Or they could discuss something they both read? Have a practice duel of some kind?

Goblin Emperor series - Amiru and/or Othoro - I love these relatively minor characters in Witness and want to know more about either or both of them!

Patternist series - honestly I'd love some fic for Wild Seed's Anyanwu or some out-there worldbuilding set in Patternmaster time period which could include the nominated characters in passing if you wanted or not at all

Some only want to request unrequested fandoms. Some are specifically requesting unrequested characters regardless if the fandom has requests. Others are listing every fandom they know without checking if it's been requested. Everyone is free to do with their requests as they see fit.

Similar to my MTYG challenge where promoing (fem)slash ships very likely won't capture the imagination the canon gay fans that will lurk the post, listing fandoms/characters that are officially requested likely won't increase your odds of having that written for you, which I believe is why some are editing to remove fandoms. For example, someone listing Ted Lasso probably isn't going to get a Ted Lasso treat from this challenge, however that doesn't mean they can't list Ted Lasso if they want.

Fandom I want: Traveller in Black - Brunner (Worldbuilding, Traveller in Black) - Oh MAN I nominated this, I want it, I actually wrote a section of my letter (and then had to delete it) requesting this, I really intended to request it... but it turned out the tag set just had too much in it, I had seven fandoms I wanted like burning, and I flipped coins and this one lost. I'm SO glad to have the chance to request it!

Here's the part I wrote for my letter (I may go back and add it with a caveat that it's for this challenge):

Traveller in Black - John Brunner (Traveller in Black, Worldbuilding) - I read somewhere, I forget where, that these stories are "fantasies of justice," and that's so true. What I'd really love is another story, but really all I require is that the Traveller grant a couple of wishes, and that thereby good should be rewarded and evil should be punished! :D But double points if, like the stories, this can additionally be done in the service of banishing chaos! And any worldbuilding about the One Who Has Many Natures would be super interesting as well! I feel like women very rarely get a whole lot of agency in these stories except, occasionally, to be the villain (except for the One, of course)... that might be interesting to examine. And there's a certain sharp lack of compassion in these stories (being much more concerned with justice) that I will confess is not my favorite, though, well, I'm not sure if these stories would even be possible without that little bite. But I think it might be interesting to play with?

Barry, Barry Berkman and NoHo Hank

I love the weird and fucked up not-really-a-friendship between Barry and NoHo Hank, as well as Hank's admiration of him that I'm okay if stretches as far as attraction. Anything with Hank being his weird self and Barry being his tortured self and it being ridiculous and/or angst-filled would be fantastic. They can be shooting at each other or fighting or doing something ridiculous. Awkward sexy things just to relieve tension or something, obviously before the last season finale at some point, would be more than welcome.

American Gothic, Lucas Buck and Gail Emory

Anything tense, emotional and/or sexy between Lucas and Gail. I love Lucas and Gail, both in how complicated it all is, how she rails against it but can't resist him, and how everything's just twisted and wrong yet so very, very right.

There's no need for sex unless you want to go there (which would be fine!), because I can enjoy the whole cat and mouse thing they had going, too. Anything with Lucas being his bad self will make me happy, whether he's handing out a bit of justice, pursuing Gail, or just even thinking about Trinity or any of the people in it. You really can't go wrong with Lucas Buck, Buck with a B, as far as I'm concerned.

The Girl in Lovers Lane, Bix Dugan and Danny Winslow

Are You Being Served?, Wilberforce Claybourne Humphries and Dick Lucas

I particularly like the idea of Mr. Lucas being more and more romantically interested in Mr. Humphries, even if it's just curiosity, and Mr. Humphries realizing it. Heavy flirtation that Mr. Lucas does uncomfortably (but willingly) leaving a hope that it might go beyond that one day. I don't really need sex or even a kiss necessarily (though a kiss would be great too). I just love their banter, and a little discomfort for Mr. Lucas as he discovers this new attraction and interest is an idea I really like a lot.

Midnight Mass, Father Paul Hill and the Angel (and Riley makes three, if you want)

I have a lot of character interests for this show, but honestly I'd enjoy some smut interwoven with devotion and worship between Father Paul and the Angel or Father Paul, the Angel, and Riley after his turning. Maybe he does keep Riley in the community center to try to convince him that he's been given a gift and the Angel comes back, and some pretty intense *coughs* convincing ensues? I mean, they shared his blood, what's a little more? Somebody/thing sexily licking blood off Father Paul's face, well, yes.

What We Do in the Shadows, Laszlo Cravensworth

I love everyone on this show, but Laszlo has become the darling of my heart this season. I'd love to see an adventure he had as Jackie Daytona (hooking him up with a guy at the bar would not be remiss) or shopping on his own aka his trip to Best Buy and have in-depth discussions about products with the clerks.

Also, how he dealt with knowing about Colin without telling anybody, and his decision-making process of not telling anyone to spare them pain while pretending everything was fine. I guess I'd like to see his selflessness and him putting on a happy face while hiding his concerns. Maybe he started going to Best Buy or other stores all the time for retail therapy, or starting journaling about it, which I'm sure would be sad and yet hilarious. I wouldn't mind him journaling about his upset with Nandor's recent antics and how it affects him, either. I think his journal would be fantastic no matter what it was about, whether Nadja, Gizmo, his suspicions about his witch-skin hat or his vulva garden's weed or pest problems.

Colin wasn't nominated, but if you want to write him and Laszlo, I'd love that. I really like the idea of Laszlo making repeated passes at Colin thinking he'd make his last weeks and days a lot more fun, and Colin being confused and always having something else to do. Or maybe he gives in because he thinks there must be something terribly wrong with Laszlo for him to want that, and wants to help him out. Or just buddy hijinks like they had on the show. I loved that whole storyline this season. Though maybe set it before the 100 years were up or after that all turns out to be not a big deal *crosses fingers* and Laszlo's worries are gone.

Ghosts (2019), The Captain

I just finished this show and ship the Captain with almost everybody.

I love the Captain's father-figure friendship with Kitty so much. I love his mutual respect and friendship (and shared dark sense of humor) with Fanny. I love it when he works with Julian to do things and teams up with Pat to be all competent and get-it-done. And his attraction to various living men on the show is the best. I love his need to take charge and be a vital part of something, even when no one knows it, aka shadowing the director during the movie filming. (Yes, I love Cap/Havers, but that's requested, so I hope someone writes for the people who requested it so I can read it, too!)

Anything along those lines or with him at the center would be fabulous, whether a friendship fic with any character(s), or shipping him with Julian, Pat or a one-sided sort of thing with him and someone alive, like the film director. I think Julian was probably straight in life, but his horndogging options are now severely limited, and he could certainly, and maybe awkwardly, show the Captain he's always known he was gay (his face every time something comes up is so great). I also think the Captain and Pat would be adorable flirting and discovering feelings, because they have so much in common deep down, and Pat is so g.d. cute. I'd prefer Cap and Kitty or Fanny not be a romantic relationship, but friendship fic with any of them would be great.

The Captain getting in touch with his repressed side through some good old-fashioned sex could never go wrong, could it? One-sided attraction to living people can surely be explored through some self-love. The Fanny/Humphrey's body affair sort of established that they can have orgasms, and seeing him let himself at least think about it and being tempted (or more) would be amazing.

The Exorcist, Devon "OG" Bennett

Yes, I love Marcus and Tomas a ridiculous amount and request them often, but they've been requested and I will enjoy anything written for those requests, too! But I would love anything with Devon Bennett, whether it's him on his own, him and Marcus and/or Tomas fighting about something and being friends and caring for each other, and I'd love if it Tomas and Marcus and/or Mouse or Mouse on her own or damn near anybody helped him before or after his integration. Lord, save Devon Bennett.

• Kassandra - Christa Wolf - This book absolutely shattered me. I don't even remember clearly why, but it truly is one of those "axes for the frozen sea"-books. Personally, I would find it very hard to write for it, though, without it turning into fic for Ancient Greek Mythology or Homer. Anything that makes the relatedness to the time of its writing and the present day more explicit would be wonderful.
• Krabat | The Satanic Mill - Otfried Preußler - Anything. I feel this canon leaves a lot of room to explore very disturbing paths.
• My Sister the Serial Killer - Oyinkan Braithwaite - I have not read it yet, but it's the next on my list and my friends are very hyped, so I'm sure I'll check out any fic.
• Tintenwelt-Trilogie | Inkheart Trilogy - Cornelia Funke - Mo/Resa or Dustfinger h/c.
