Season's Treatings mini-challenge
Do you love receiving or writing end of year holiday stories? Are you prompting a snowed in Hanukkah celebration or an Australian New Year's beach party? Season's Treatings may be for you!
This mini-challenge is all about November, December and January holidays, traditions, and cultural celebrations big and small and all over the globe--and perhaps some fantasy worlds, who knows. If you want to prompt it, someone may want to write it.
When you comment, please include:

Holiday(s) Requested: Bonfire Night, Diwali, Christmas Eve/Day
Fandom and character(s): 28 Years Later (worldbuilding), Rise of the Planet of the Apes (Caesar, Maurice, Nova)
Prompts:
For 28YL:
- Do people still celebrate Bonfire Night? Have they found a way to set off fireworks and light bonfires without attracting infected?
For RotPOTA:
- Did Caesar grow up celebrating Christmas? What about Diwali*? Might he have kept and passed on some of those traditions to his clan?
Maurice and Nova also grew up as/alongside humans so would probably be familiar with human holiday traditions.
I've generally requested post-canon for this fandom, but for this prompt mid-canon is all good!
*Based on her surname it seems like Caroline Aranha is most likely of Goan descent. The population of Goa is predominantly Hindu but there are also a lot of Catholics because of Portuguese colonisation (and Aranha is originally a Portuguese name). So I'm not sure what religion she would have, if any, but she could be Hindu!
