Celebrate Trans Characters: Transtide 2022

What is TransTide?

Since trans headcanons and the portrayal of trans characters can be personal for many people, writers might be nervous to write trans headcanons without invitation. This mini challenge is for people to signal that they would love to receive trans headcanons, as well as to showcase their requested fandoms with canon trans characters.

Note that this exchange is open to nonbinary characters as well.

How do I participate?

• Leave a comment on this post linking your letter and/or listing your requested fandoms and characters if you 1) requested canonical trans characters, 2) are happy to receive a gift where your writer headcanons one or several of the characters as trans.
• Feel free to add any likes and DNWs.
• Make sure to include your ao3 name!
• If you post a fic for Yuletide with one or more trans characters, tag it with TransTide so people can find it easily.

I have general likes and dislikes at my letter link, these are just specifically relating to trans characters.

Fandom specific details: Specific details are in my letter; not listing them here for ease of reading comments. I would be more than fine getting NFW fic for any fandom I requested.

I would be interested in seeing Law written as a trans man for any of my requests.

House of the Dragon
Daemon Targaryen, Rhaenyra Targaryen

I have a specific request in my letter for Rhaenyra being transmasc, which is why I've included this here. It's a big ask, but you never know unless you ask at all, right?

I'm open to transmasc or nonbinary interpretations of the characters in my other fandoms, which are Tales of Luminaria, given (manga), Interview with the Vampire (more interested in nonbinary interpretations for this last one but I'm open; we need more trans positive fic in fandoms always)
