Season's Treatings mini-challenge
Do you love receiving or writing end of year holiday stories? Are you prompting a snowed in Hanukkah celebration or an Australian New Year's beach party? Season's Treatings may be for you!
This mini-challenge is all about December and January holidays, traditions, and cultural celebrations big and small and all over the globe--and perhaps some fantasy worlds, who knows. If you want to prompt it, someone may want to write it.

Letter is here.
Holiday(s) Requested: varies a good deal by fandom
Fandom/characters: Gamechanger, by L.X. Beckett; Rubi Whiting, Gimlet Barnes
Prompts: I bet there are some interesting new blended/reinvented winter (or December/January; with the environmental effects, "winter" might be a relative concept) being celebrated by the Bounceback Generation! What are they, how did they develop, and what's earnest/ironic ratio like? When Rubi and Gimlet have their first holiday season as a couple, what kind of family shenanigans ensue, between Rubi's father, Crane (who is definitely a family member), Frankie, and Frankie's other parents ...?
Fandom/characters: The Left-Handed Booksellers of London, by Garth Nix; Susan Arkshaw, Merlin St. Jacques, Vivien St. Jacques
Prompts: An absolutely ancient British/French family based in London very likely celebrates Christmas, but just as likely there's more tradition-blending going on, and I'd imagine there's a heavy Solstice/pagan flavor there. (And I'd be thrilled to see other cultural traditions included. They are a BIG family. They ought to be pretty multicultural.) I'd enjoy a caper fic set during Susan's first "Christmas" with the Booksellers, with plenty of havoc.
