I'm in New York City and will be organizing a writing meetup after Thanksgiving, probably in downtown Manhattan on Fridays during the afternoon/evening. Last year we met in a coffee shop, which I think worked decently well and we could do again. Please let me know if you're interested!

Okay, how about 10:30 am on the 15th, at the Corner Bakery in front of Union Station? (Someone else is coming down on the MARC train, so I’m trying to make it easier for them.)
