2019 Nomination Coordination Station

For Yuletide, you can nominate up to 3 fandoms and up to 4 characters in each fandom. See what you can nominate at the admin LJ or DW.

 

Nominations will run October 2-11. Nominations will be approved after that. 

 

Before tags are approved, you can only see your own nominations. You can use the comments on this post and a google spreadsheet to coordinate nominations with others.

To let other people know what you're nominating, and/or to request that other people nominate something for you, please copy and paste the information below to comment on this post. Every item is optional except fandom.

A nomination is something you plan to nominate. A request is something you're hoping someone else will nominate for you, because you ran out of slots.

Help Wanted

[edited] I don't know how many comments will need to be added by volunteers to the spreadsheet, but there could be quite a few. And if you're willing to help, add the data from a comment to the spreadsheet and then reply "added to spreadsheet" or something similar. Thanks so much! And huge shoutout to [Bad username or unknown identity: elen_nare,] Quin, and labellementeuse for helping add several people's nominations to the coordination spreadsheet! Having one person do it would be awful, but many hands makes light work.

So in Treasure Planet the character is referred to either Amelia or Captain Amelia?

On A03, the tag is "Amelia (Treasure Planet)", but I'm so used to thinking of her as "Captain Amelia" that I just typed it in that way in case other people think the way I do.

If you don't mind, do you think you could add Jim and Silver to your Treasure Planet nomination? Unless you're saving those slots for other characters, of course!

And sorry to say it, but that original character will get rejected... There are several other exchanges where you can nominate OCs, but Yuletide isn't one of them. You can still mention it in your request though, but there's no guarantee you'd actually get it.

Sure, I can do that! Amelia's the only character I want personally, but if other people want stories with those other characters, I'll be happy to do the nominating for them! Given that I'm asking others to nominate fandoms for me, it seems only fair.

And thanks for the heads up about the OC thing. I'm new to this and am still trying to figure out the rules. My planned request does involve an OC, so I thought I'd cover my bases. But I'll remove it and leave the slots open if anyone wants to request any of the other canon characters.

Like I said above, I'm new to this and decided to cover all my bases, since I plan to have my request feature an OC. I'll be removing it and adding canon characters instead.

There's one slot left for Treasure Planet, one for All About Eve, and two for Diablo III, so if anybody has characters they'd like me to nominate for those fandoms, let me know!
