Two for One (aka the Crossover Challenge)

(copy-pasting from last year's post)

Optional details are optional, and crossover requests are even more optional than the rest. The likelihood of anyone knowing both fandoms is small, but Yuletide is a time of unexpected delights. You never know!

To play, simply copy-paste the following into a comment:
AO3 Name:
Letter Link:
Crossover Type: (ie., crossover, fusion, or either)
Potential Fandom Combinations: (list all combinations you're interested in, ex. Stranger Things/Dark Tower, Persuasion/Black Sails)
Prompts!: (as many and as detailed as you like)

One of the fandoms in each pairing must be one you requested for Yuletide, but the other doesn’t have to be. It doesn’t even have to be in the tagset at all!

Some clarification about crossover types, using non-Yuletide examples (this is meant to be broadly directional, since these terms are somewhat fluid, and there are always hybrids):
Crossovers often involve both sets of characters interacting. For example, a story in which James Bond and Batman team up to defeat a villain would be a crossover. A story in which James Bond travels to Middle Earth would also be a crossover.
Fusions are often AUs in which Fandom A's characters have always existed in Fandom B's setting instead of their own. For example, a fic in which Merlin was born in a galaxy far, far away, discovers that he has the Force, and befriends a dashing smuggler named Gwaine would be a fusion, especially if none of the actual “Star Wars” characters appear. (A fic where they did appear would be an example of a hybrid.)

AO3 Name: [archiveofourown.org profile] lirin
Letter Link: https://lirin-lirilla.dreamwidth.org/19576.html
Crossover Type: generally crossovers or hybrids (except for Yarnia, which would work well as a fusion)
Potential Fandom Combinations:
My requested fandoms are
-Epistory - Typing Chronicles (Video Game)
-Something I Must Do (Woot T-Shirt)
-Yarnia: The Grand Quest Blanket (Knitting Pattern)
-Oxford Time Travel Universe - Connie Willis
-The Scarlet Pimpernel - Baroness Orczy
and you are welcome to cross them over with any fandom I'm ever encountered! I've brainstormed a few specific combinations for each fandom below, but seriously, anything goes.

Prompts!:
-Epistory/Indiana Jones: Indy is in one of the dungeons that the Epistory protagonist fights her way through. Did he end up in the world of Epistory the same way she did, and/or did he know what he was getting into? What sort of artifact is he looking for?
-Epistory/Reddy Fox (Thornton Burgess) or Epistory/Cinnabar the One O'Clock Fox (Marguerite Henry): I read both of these books so many times as a child. Can one of them be the fox that the protagonist of Epistory met as a child, or the fox that she's riding during the game, or both?

-Something I Must Do/The Martian: Hybrid or fusion where the characters of the Martian are fish. Do they have to call on the two fish in the artwork, or are two of them the fish in the artwork?
-Something I Must Do/Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea: What is Aronnax's reaction to running across the race of explorer fish in among all the other strange things he is shown on the Nautilus? Does Nemo know how to interact with the fish?

-Yarnia/Wizard of Oz: There's quite a bit of "off to see the wizard" feel about the Yarnia quest...what would happen if they somehow got switched and it was Dorothy et al. wandering through the land of Yarnia?
-Yarnia/Lord of the Rings: Alternately, since it's a "Grand Quest", let's go with one of the grandest quests of all and see how the Fellowship deals with Sheepkins and alpacas.

-Oxford Time Travel/Agent Carter: Peggy's smart & I think she might pick up on something being off if a historian tried to fool her. Maybe she tries to arrest one so they have to convince her that they really truly are from the future. Then she asks them about the future and they realize she doesn't know about what happens to Cap. Do they tell her?
-Oxford Time Travel/American Girls Molly, Felicity, Addy, or Samantha: One of the girls' descendants becomes a historian and does some unauthorized "genealogy research" (aka time traveling) on their own time?
-Or for Oxford Time Travel crossed with Scarlet Pimpernel, Narnia, Harry Potter, Psmith, Pride & Prejudice, Thrawn, Vorkosigan, Spider-Man Homecoming, Big Hero 6, Tomorrowland, Captain America, Indiana Jones, or X-Men ATM, see my Crossovering letter.

-Scarlet Pimpernel/White Collar: a hybrid where Neal (& the Burkes, etc.) exist in Revolutionary France and need to be rescued by the Scarlet Pimpernel? Or does the SP end up recruiting Neal for a rescue (perhaps of the Burkes' 18th-century counterparts!) that requires his particular skill set?
-Scarlet Pimpernel/Thor: Thor and/or Loki get exiled or otherwise sent to revolutionary France. Does the SP need to rescue them, or does he just think they need to be rescued? Or is he the one getting help from them?
-Or for Scarlet Pimpernel crossed with Oxford Time Travel, Narnia, Harry Potter, Psmith, or Pride & Prejudice, see my Crossovering letter.
