Literally anything of Kaneko is always a yes, maybe alternate outfits, or the audition outfit from the 2nd movie?
I'd love ship art of the two third years (Sakurai and Moroboshi) - perhaps some cherry blossom and star motifs could suit them really well too, given their names.
Another cute idea could be the portraits that Sakurai or Miki would have taken for their yearbook of leaders (displayed in the first movie with the reveal of Mr Monro); Kaneko could be included in this too, as he would have likely accepted leadership of the club in his 3rd year.

Cherry Magic
Please cute ship art of Kurosawa and Adachi; pastels and bright colours would likely work best. Beyond that, any style, any theme, I will love it. (The watercolour storybook theme of the movie may be an inspiration should you need one, but truly I am not fussy here.)
