Yuletide Fandom Promo 2024!

Welcome to the Fandom Promo post, everyone!
Here's where you get those eyes on your fandoms for sign-ups!
Share what makes your Yuletide fandoms the shiniest and why you love them. A big part of Yuletide is how small our fandoms can be, and this is a good way to make sure other people know what gems there are out there!
Cheju has started a spreadsheet for promo! Here's the link!
Here are some areas you can cover:

This is at your discretion and is not expected to be comprehensive
(Bonus options: What are you thinking of requesting for this? If you're thinking of nominating worldbuilding, what sort of worldbuilding topics might people explore?)
Useful tip (Not required, but helps people if they want to engage with your fandom!):
- It's best to make each fandom its own entry with its own title in the subject line! That makes it easier for people to find/see what you're promoting! Don't worry about 'spam', that is the entire point of this entry and you're using it exactly as intended.

Ghost Wax
Media: Audio drama
Approx length: 45 eps, varying from 20-50 mins.
Where to find it: On its Official Site or your preferred podcatcher, like Spotify
What is it, in summary?: Ghost Wax is a Fantasy Horror Podcast: Owen Voncid, the last Reclaimer, is the last person able to wake the dead and hear their tales, so he investigates a series of unnatural killings by committing their final statements to wax cylinder. To combat the darkness of the realms beyond, even the black art of necromancy is a line worth crossing.
The Dead Will Be Heard.
What do you love about it?: I love the mystery and the horror of the initial premise, and the worldbuilding done on top of that makes me love it even more. The relationships between the characters are also pretty endearing, they really embrace the found family aspect of this group of misfits and it tugs at the heartstring, especially when contrasted against the horror and tragedy they're constantly surrounded by.
What sort of things are you likely to request for it?: Case fic! I just want more of Owen and Luca and Pip dealing with reclamations and the spooky shenanigans that come with them, and letting their character dynamics shine along the way.
Are there sections of canon (rather than the whole canon) that can be consumed by themselves to fulfil your requests, or that showcase particular characters and relationships?: It's just one season so far that tells an overarching story, tough it does start of with a monster-of-the-week sort of format, still I recommend listening to the whole thing.
Content warnings (ie, rape, incest, racism, gore/violence): This is a horror canon that mainly deals with temporarily bringing dead people back to life to talk about how they died, so expect graphic depictions of violence, death, descriptions of corpses, and general disturbing imagery.
