Yulepoem 2023
Sonnets, blank verse, ballads - if you love writing or reading them, this is for you! This post is for people who would like to receive poetry as a gift for Yuletide.
This challenge was proposed five years ago but never brought back, so I would like to suggest it again.
If you would like to receive poetry as a gift, please post the following below:
AO3: ao3 username
Letter: (optional)
Fandoms for which you would like to receive poetry:
Prompts (optional): Prompts, pairings, favorite types of poetry, or anything else you would like to put down.
Guidelines for writers:
1. Please do not gift poetry to people who have not indicated here or somewhere else that they would like poetry.
2. Please remember that anything that goes into the main collection must be 1,000 words long, even if it is poetry.
3. Tag your entry "yulepoem" so people can find it.
And if you're looking for fandoms that ARE poetry, they are listed here.

Fandoms for poetry: any if you wish! I asked for The Cybernetic Tea Shop - Meredith Katz, They See What We Do Not See - Otto Mäkilä, Onfim of Novgorod - 13th Century Russia RPF, Matthew Shardlake series - C. J. Sansom, if any of these inspires you, I'm all for it. (Open for treats as well, if you don't want to compose an epic of 1000 words.)
I like all kinds of poetry, metric, rhyming, limerick, haiku, freestyle, you name it.

Fandoms for which you would like to receive poetry: I’m open to receiving poetry for any fandom I’ve requested. My requested fandoms are: I Feel You Linger in the Air, Jack o' Frost, Power Rangers SPD, Kamen Rider Gotchard, Kamen Rider Zi-O, and Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger. My requested characters and ships are listed in the letter.
Prompts: In terms of poem formats, do whatever you want. I tend to write shorter formats (haiku, limerick, etc.) but I’m open to receiving longer formats and free verse or blank verse poems.
Poems that are basically reminiscing, memories, nostalgia etc. are very good, even if they’re sad reminiscing.
For I Feel You Linger in the Air, Khun Lek is canonically an elementary-school-aged kid, so him writing poems about his family or Jom or something he likes would be cute. (You could do that with any character if you decide to write pre-canon, but he’s canonically a kid so I thought it would fit him easiest/best.)

Fandoms I'd like to receive poetry for: any of them! (though take me to the moooon is a short fandom which might suit poetry well)
I'd be very happy with anything poetic (including in madness if 1000 words is too many!)
