There are 3623 fandoms nominated in this year's tagset, with 14007 amazing characters. Given that this is a multi-fandom exchange, it doesn't matter if you requested the minimum (3 fandoms) or the maximum (6 fandoms) in your sign-up, there is a high possibility that even 50 slots wouldn't be enough for all the fandoms you know, love, and would enjoy to read fic for. That's where ...and a Partridge in a Pear Tree 🕊 🍐 🌲 comes in!

The Age of Innocence - Edith Wharton
I would be thrilled to see some worldbuilding fic for this novel; it leaves me with so many questions. Newland feels so beholden to his society's expectations; why? What is there for him to make it seem so worthwhile? Even before Ellen's scandal, she was already seen as something of an oddball, so what made her so out of place?
I'm a sucker for New York City history and also classical music and art history, so if you wanted to enrich the world further with elements of those things, that would also be delightful.

"The Bloody Chamber" - Angela Carter (Short Story)
I've been consuming Bluebeard stories for my dissertation and this one in particular fascinated me. I'd love to hear more about the piano tuner, either pre- or post-canon. In either case, I guess the thing I'm most left wondering is just... if possession of sight is a tool of masculinity and patriarchy, what does his blindness actually mean for how he fits into society and into his relationship with the narrator? Did he "see through" the Marquis' mask more than the other villagers and employees? Is he insecure about his masculinity more longterm? There's so much there.

Kevin Can Fuck Himself (TV 2021)
For the most part I'm trying to avoid fandoms that already have requests, but I don't see any requests for the specific character combo that interests me, so--I would love seeing some fic that explores the possibility of Allison realizing that she's falling for Patty while still entangled in her relationship with Sam. Is she excited about it? Scared? Is it part of what prompts her to break things off with Sam, or does she try to ignore the feelings by throwing herself into the affair more emphatically? Does she have feelings for both of them at once or does she start to realize that she's maybe dealing with comphet?

Sucker Punch (2011)
In the brothel 'verse, I'd love to know more about the dynamic among the girls (and Blue, if you're comfy with including him) before Baby Doll shows up. Did they find little ways to rebel? How did they pass their time? Would also def be into seeing Madam Gorski protecting any or all of them, from Blue or anyone else.
