Two for One 2021 (aka The Crossover Challenge)
Two for One is an annual sub-challenge to help people who like crossovers and/or fusions find one another's requests.

One of the fandoms in each pairing must be one you are requesting for Yuletide; however, the other doesn’t have to be. It doesn’t even have to be in the tagset at all!
Some clarification about crossover types:
• Crossovers tend to involve Fandom A's characters interacting with Fandom B's characters or worldbuilding, with everyone retaining their canon backgrounds. Ex. Harley Quinn and The X-Men team up to defeat a villain, or Enola Holmes falls into a portal that takes her to Westeros.
• Fusions tend to be AUs in which Fandom A's characters have always existed in Fandom B's setting instead of their own, often replacing Fandom B's characters. Ex. Bucky Barnes as a contestant in the Hunger Games, where Fury and Howard Stark are referees. (A fic like this in which Hunger Games characters also appear would be a hybrid between a fusion and crossover.)

Potential Fandom Combinations: First, I am a slash fan first and foremost! I tend to seek out all of each actor's work when I get
fixated... obsessedinterested in a particular slash pairing. The first three fandoms I picked for Yuletide this year are characters played by either Luca Marinelli or Marwan Kenzari (Nicky and Joe in The Old Guard) so I'll group them together:Aladdin (2019) - Jafar is an all-powerful genie, cursed to live inside a lamp and grant three wishes to whoever rubs the lamp and releases him. He is essentially immortal now so what if the lamp is found by any one of Luca Marinelli's characters? What wishes would they make, how do they both fall in love with each other and find their happy ever after? Or what if the lamp was stored by the Prodigium and somehow falls into Malik's hands (The Mummy (2017))?
Trust (TV 2018) - Normally I would shy away from 'true life' stories but this is a fictitious account based on the kidnapping of John Paul Getty III. It plays a little fast and loose with the facts so feel free to do the same. Perhaps Primo meets Majid (Wolf), or Matthias (Collide).
Il Padre d'Italia (2017) - I would love a crossover or even a fusion with Daan (Hartenstraat (Heart Street)). Daan is a single dad, and now Paolo is a single dad. They'd make a great family so how would they meet, how would they fall in love. What if it was Paolo who opens the store next door to Daan's?
Possible Luca/Marwan crossovers or fusions: Please note I am not into Real Person Fiction. Characters are not named in any preference order.
Personal favorite Luca Marinelli characters: Paolo (Il Padre d'Italia), Guido (Every Blessed Day), Primo (Trust), Loris (Up to the World), Zingaro (They Call Me Jeeg), Mickey Miranda (A Dangerous Fortune), Gabriele (Waves), Roberta (The Last Man on Earth), Valerio (Slam), Milton (Rainbow: A Private Affair), Lui (Ricordi?), Martin (Martin Eden)
Personal favorite Marwan Kenzari characters: Zakaria (Rabat), Majid (Wolf), Daan (Hartenstraat (Heart Street)), Matthias (Collide), Adrian Knowles (What Happened to Monday?), Pierre Michel (Murder on the Orient Express), Malik (The Mummy (2017))
Blade Runner (Movies) - This is a dystopian view of an overcrowded Earth but humanity has colonized the stars so there is so much potential for crossovers with other movies/shows like:
- ALIENS - perhaps Deckard leaves Earth and ends up fighting aliens alongside Cpl Dwayne Hicks.
- Riddick Movies - what if Deckard is on an off-world colony that is attacked by Necromongers? Perhaps he fights alongside Riddick, or is converted and becomes a Necromonger soldier, advancing through the ranks and gets noticed by Vaako.
- Almost Human - Is Dorian a Nexus 6 or 7? Perhaps Deckard moves cities and works alongside John Kennex. Or a fusion where Roy Batty or K|Joe are android cops and Deckard becomes their partner.
