Basics-of-Yuletide guide

I wrote up a basic how-to-Yuletide guide at my DW: https://elf.dreamwidth.org/840299.html

It's intended for people on other platforms who see Yuletide and can't figure out quite how to get involved or where to start. (Link is getting shared in Discord servers, on Tumblr, etc.)

Feedback welcome, and I'll probably be updating it regularly - I'll remove "nominations are open" once they're closed, and so on.

I probably won't take part in Yuletide since I can't keep a deadline to save my life, but I didn't really get how it worked. (Or I tried to figure it out and forgot/got distracted). Thank you for the guide!
