Cottingley Fairies Hoax RPF
Characters: Elsie Wright and Florence Griffiths
Prompts: Probably a bit of a stretch, but if anybody's into the idea of recreating some more fairy photos (either digitally or with paper cutouts and a film camera) I would LOVE that.
Doxey Pool Legend
Characters: Florence Pettit, Jenny Greenteeth
Prompts: I can sort of picture the undine, but when I think about her it's more like a feeling and a general concept than a solid vision. What does she look like? Also, Florence in 1949 clothing!

Character: Lee Scoresby
Prompts: I'm always in love with person + daemon art of any kind, but also with Lee there's the possibility of various aeronautical ephemera. That could be really interesting. Old maps! Mechanical diagrams! Advertisements!
The War of the Worlds - H. G. Wells
Character: Martians, Narrator, or none
Prompts: There's been so much incredible art for this book over the years in pretty much every style imaginable, and I'm always so into it. My love for the aesthetics of massive scale destruction in fiction has absolutely no limits. Smashed scorched cities, fallen tripods, that scene with bodies floating in the Thames, anything. Or the Martians themselves and their ships, or their home planet.
Which Witch - Eva Ibbotson
Arriman, Belladonna, Terrence, Wizard Watcher
Prompts: Any kind of family portrait would be amazing. Or some kind of visualisation of Terrence and Arriman doing magicy things. Or Belladonna surrounded by flowers. Also, what exactly does the Wizard Watcher look like??
