As a partially visual canon, I'd love to see something either in the style of the comics/graphic novels, or in a radically different style.

221b Baker Towers Sherlock Holmes
There are some fabulous 'movie posters', art, and even a vid at http://221b-baker-towers.tumblr.com/tagged/art. You could make something similar, casting the characters however you like, so long as they are young British PoC.
Or take any of the classic Sydney Paget art and rework it to fit this canon.
There's been a massive crack-down on graffiti as 'criminal damage' in London over the past few years, especially on trains. I'd love a piece of graffiti art that somehow engages with or challenges that.
