I am excited and nervous! I need to reread the series since it is one I haven't read in a while and right now I have no plot. Once I get started I should be good, I have the feeling I'm going to be doing a ton of research. ^_^

I'm flailing, mainly because I'm not quite sure who the second character is *g* My bad for choosing "Any". A reread is definitely in order :)

I'm having a really odd moment. On the one hand, I didn't get someone who is a very well known person. On the other, I have the jitters on making a good story.

I'm not super excited, but I'm not despairing either. There are, however, some prompts in peoples' letter that I'm all kinds of excited about, so I'm totally going to be trying to write treats and possibly pinch hits, and maybe even NYR fics (though planning that far into the future with fic never seems to work out for me).

I'm super pleased with the prompt I got, so yeah, definite squeeing going on. I just have to review my source material some, which'll be really fun. /o/

This means that I'm going to be a wreck of impatience for the whole of December, though--I'm desperately curious as to which of my prompts my person was matched on! XD

I am ridiculously excited about my prompt--it's not in a fandom I was expecting at all, but it's in one I can have fun with. The style my recip seems to like is one that's right in the middle of my comfort zone, which is quite reassuring to this Yuletide n00b!

I'm sufficiently excited about my Yuletide prompt that my Nano got entirely derailed last night.

I was a bit surprised to get the fandom I was least expecting as it was better-offered (in number of offers and requests/offers ratio) than my other ones. And there was this initial moment of my mind going totally blank when I saw the request details (but that happened to me last year too) but it's straightforward enough and should allow me to do something a bit different from what I'd write for myself in that fandom :)

I'm super pumped. I got a fandom I didn't think I was going to get, and with some totally sweet-ass source material and suggestions. Now, if only I can stave off the nervous heebie-jeebies...
