Where would the best place to upload IF be?

For example twine outputs a html file but putting it on dropbox just makes the preview of it the whole code and in previous years people have uploaded to http://ifdb.tads.org/ but surely this wouldn't be anonymous?

So is there anywhere that the IF could be hosted other than a zip download from dropbox or something.
