Prompts!: - In my dreams, Hook and Ahab meet up as they sail the ocean in flight from/ pursuit of their respective monsters. The parallels and differences between these two characters utterly fascinates me. - Sherlock Holmes in the world of Shakespeare's histories would be weird and wonderful. - Sherlock Holmes and Captain Hook in London would be sort of plausible period-wise, and interesting (though I have no idea what would happen.) - Captain Ahab recruits Sherlock Holmes to help him find the whale. Again, no idea how I would write this or how it would pan out. - Or there are 101 other fascinating crossovers/fusions between these fandoms. Plantagenets go whaling. Tiny Richard of Gloucester goes to Neverland. I'm up for anything!
