Anything else: I think especially "The Bite" would work really well for IF, as the tv show ended on a cliffhanger where we don't know what happens to our two main characters - who dies, who survives, and how (if at all) will whomever survives save humanity from zombie-covid? There are so many possible outcomes that only IF could actually do them justice.
