Unrequested changes to the canon resulting in an unhappy ending (such as "Tintin didn't find Tchang in time and he perished in Tibet"). Humiliation, explicit, graphic torture and violence. Dystopia. Insanity. Dr. Müller actually succeeding in sending Tintin off to an insane asylum.
