Potential Fandom Combinations:The Alienist (TV) with Copper (TV) Prompts!: So Mary Palmer and Annie Reilly have startlingly similar backstories (victims of horrific abuse who killed their abusers and were subsequently taken into the protection of a guy who's Doing His Best) and I would be fascinated to see what they make of each other. You could fudge the timeline and have Annie at her canon age in 1896, when The Alienist takes place; or you could have an adult Annie meeting Mary (or push Mary back to the 1860s, which would be a bit harder because the whole concept of alienation wasn't quite a thing yet.) Both of them, in their respective canons, struggle with being isolated from people who understand their experiences (Annie moreso because her show is more interested in her arc, AHEM) and I would just really love to see them interact.
