As she works, Grandma slowly learns more about her growing cast of regulars, including her grandson Mabo, the local doctor who has an overly-healthy appetite, the neighborhood patrolman, a hostess, a shady-looking man, and more. Most of her customers have problems that they become gradually more willing to open up about as they get to know Grandma better, and she can usually think of advice or a snack that is just the thing. But who will help her with her problems...?
