Rule 63 states that for every male character, there exists a female version of that character, and for every female character, there exists a male version.

Rule 63 Exchange is a fanfiction and fanart exchange for genderswapped characters. Tags are formatted as ships (/), groups (&), or single characters (& None); freeforms are Always a 63, Temporarily 63ed, and Permanently 63ed.
