As per the eligibility/evidence page, I would contact the mods to discuss whether it can be considered eligible or not, and make a case for keeping it in. It has historically been a Yuletide fandom, and given its age, is unlikely to ever increase hugely. You may also find that there a lot of fics which have been cross-posted between ff.net and AO3, inflating its counts (I haven't checked this; assuming only). If the mods agree its too large, that's disappointing, but I would definitely discuss with them first.
